Angolachelonia -

a clade of turtles skrytoszyjnych group Eucryptodira. According to the phylogenetic definition presented in 2009 by Octavio Mateus and colleagues includes the last commo n ancestor Angolachelys mbaxi and Solnhofia parsonsi and all its descendants. To such a group defined by cladistic analysis carried out by the authors are the types of Angolachelys, Sandownia and Solnhofia and yet unnamed taxon from Glen Rose. The oldest known representative of the clade is Solnhofia parsonsi, living on the current areas of Germany at the turn of Kimmeridgian and tytonu, and the youngest Angolachelys mbaxi late turonu, before about 90 million years [1].
